Loves: My family, racing, my wife, my kids, sushi, my wife, Scrabble, live concerts and oh yeah, my wife. (Not necessarily in that order).

Siouxie - CEO

Skills: Designer Extraordinaire, SEO master, keeps the staff and company eyes on the mountain.
Pet Peeves: Bad design, dishonesty, slow restaurant service, and movies with bad endings.
Loves: Being married to my best friend and the love of my life, having a big, close-knit family, my kids, my wonderful granddaughter, sushi, sculpting, music, writing, blogging, Scrabble and karaoke.

Brittany - Owner's Assistant

Skills: Logistics, problem solving, reading Siouxie's mind, making up ridiculous dance moves, not losing cell phones, eating waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more food than you would think aka a human vacuum cleaner.
Pet Peeves: Florida and Canadian drivers, meal interruptions, clothes that don't fit.
Loves: Figuring stuff out, Peanut Butter, coffee table books, dancing, adventure.

Carlos – Snr VP of Administration

Skills: Sales, Marketing, Problem Solving, Planning and scheming (in a good way), helping people and is bi-lingual (hablo Español).
Pet Peeves: People who are unreliable. People who miss appointments. Missed deadlines. That's about it.
Loves: Family. My daughters. Latin music. Dancing. Anything international. Illy coffee and great food.

Michael - VP Sales and Marketing

Skills: Great listener, ingenious at coming up with creative ideas, mad phone skills, awesome singer and all around loveable guy.
Pet Peeves: Paper work, petty upsets, feet draggers, politics (in the non-literal sense).
Loves: My Girlfriend, My kids (the whole herd of them), music, disc golf, and The Great State Of Texas.

Luis - Creative Director

Skills: Lightning fast with a mouse and keyboard, brilliant designer with mad Flash skills. Excellent task master and multi-lingual (to keep up with all our world-wide clientele!)
Pet Peeves: Programmers that call themselves "designers", people that call themselves "designers" because the know how to use PhotoShop, racism, ignorance, hypocrisy, slow drivers, MTV.
Loves: My wife, DESIGN, music (opera and classical mostly, but always a grunge rocker at heart), history, flying, surfing, parachuting, scuba diving, good movies (foreign or domestic), animals, Mother Earth, a good glass of pinot noir or authentic scotch, my family, the U.S. Armed Forces, God and Country (the good old U.S. of A.)

Hokan - Hosting & Support

Skills: Troubleshooting issues for clients (10 years in client support - which is why he rocks). Good organizer. Java programming. Figuring stuff out. Keeping promises.
Pet Peeves: People who are late for appointments; people who don't keep their word; people cutting in line in front of other people. But I don't complain much. I'd rather do something about it.
Loves: My Canon camera, the hot weather in Florida and going to the beach (nothing even comes close to this in Sweden, which is where I'm from), and my lovable wife.

Shane - Maintenance & Support

Skills: Hand coding web design and mad Flash design skills. Meticulous at ensuring that everything is just right.
Pet Peeves: Missing deadlines. Letting people down. Problems that have no solution other then re-doing it. Stop lights.
Loves: My girlfriend and my family. Getting every last task completed. My motorcycle, metal music, Buckethead. Working, working, working.

Stefan - Lead Designer

Skills: Master of unique and creative ideas. Multitasking. Excellent at listening, understanding, and giving advice. Reading minds - OoOoOohhhhh.....Web design, CSS, and Flash.
Pet Peeves: Rude and/or ignorant + closed minded people. Driving slow. Being wrong. Programs that automatically generate code, and horribly coded websites. Shoes.
Loves: Music. The beach. My mother and father. Photography. Driving. My dogs. Sushi. Summer. Energy drinks. Hard coding websites and creating graphics from scratch. Sandals.
